In the morning, place a few drops on the soles of your feet, lower back region and/or on your base chakra to keep you centred and rooted.

Place a few drops on your wrist, in a diffuser, on a tissue or pomander and place on your desk or in your car.

Usage:

• Apply to wrists to smell easily during the day; to remind you of your intention.

• Drop a few drops onto finger tips and apply to soles of feet for grounding in that energy.

• Add 10-20 drops to 1/4 cup healing salts for a deep therapeutic bath or body scrub.
